Modelling Architecture recently produced an as-built Revit model for a Victorian council building in London. The project aimed to modernise the internal spaces while preserving the building’s historical character. Using state-of-the-art terrestrial laser scanners, our team conducted a thorough survey of the building, capturing precise data of its intricate features and dimensions. This high-definition data collection allowed us to develop a detailed and accurate digital representation of the existing structure. Our skilled team processed the laser scan data to create a comprehensive as-built Revit model. This model provided architects and engineers with an accurate and reliable foundation for planning and implementing the internal modernisation.
