Tasked by the vendor, we calculated both Net Internal Area (NIA) and Gross Internal Area (GIA) for each floor, ensuring all parties involved had complete confidence in the asset’s value. Utilising advanced 3D laser scanners, we captured precise measurements to guarantee accuracy. We also offer duty of care letters upon request to accompany our reports, providing additional assurance.
