Modelling Architecture recently completed an as-built Revit model for Esperance House in the Midlands. The project aimed to assist architects in finding innovative ways to extend the building and create additional space. Using advanced terrestrial laser scanners, our team conducted a comprehensive survey of the existing structure. This high-precision data collection captured all critical architectural features and dimensions, providing a solid foundation for the Revit model.Our experienced team processed the laser scan data to develop a detailed as-built Revit model. This model offered architects a precise and accurate representation of Esperance House, enabling them to plan and design the extension with confidence. The detailed model ensured that all existing elements were accurately depicted, facilitating efficient and effective design and construction processes.
