Project Highlight: Revit Model for Conversion

Modelling Architecture recently delivered an as-built Revit model for Esperance Hospital in Eastbourne. The project was commissioned by a development company that acquired the disused hospital with plans to convert it into residential apartments. Utilising advanced terrestrial laser scanners, our team conducted a thorough survey of the hospital, capturing intricate details and precise dimensions of the building. This comprehensive data collection ensured an accurate representation of the existing structure.Our skilled team then processed the laser scan data to create a detailed as-built Revit model.
