Project Highlight: Detailed Area Survey

Modelling Architecture recently completed an area measurement report for a prestigious property on Bruton Street, London. This mixed-use building, comprising retail and office spaces over six floors, required precise measurements to support asset management and marketing efforts.Utilising state-of-the-art 3D laser scanning technology, we meticulously captured the property’s dimensions to calculate both Net Internal Area (NIA) and Gross Internal Area (GIA) for each floor. Our detailed and accurate data provided the asset managers with essential information to confidently present the property to potential clients.We also provide duty of care letters upon request to accompany our reports, offering additional assurance.
