When do you need one?

The law states that all new leases granted for terms over 7 years must now be registered with the Land Registry. You must produce and submit a lease plan as part of the application process.  Many proprietors don’t realise that they need a Land Registry compliant lease plan until the last minute. Fortunately, we have the skills to create a high-quality lease plan in a short time scale.

Whats included in a Lease Plan?

Here at Modelling Architecture, we pride ourselves in producing high-quality results in a timely manner, and the same goes for our Land Registry title plans. Each plan includes:

  • An onsite measured survey (desktop lease plans are available)
  • Floor plans to scale
  • Colour coding lines to reflect boundaries, communal areas and rights of way
  • An OS site plan scaled at 1:500 or 1:1250, showing the property in context
  • A hard copy of the lease plan
  • A digital copy provided in PDF or DWG format
